Mr. M Farhad Hussain FCA is a past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He has more than 40 years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing and business advisory services including six years in the U.K. (Birmingham), covering Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation and Investigation.He was the founding partner of the firm and has served as the Managing Partner of Hussain Farhad & Co., Chartered Accountants, for last 25 years. Prior to this Mr. Hussain served in Bengal Carpets Ltd.,Bengal Jute Mills Ltd., Lytton Jute Mills Ltd as an Executive Director, and Deputy Managing Director in Desh Beverage Ltd. He also served as Manager in IPDC as Head of Accounts, Project Monitoring, Legal Division and Personnel. Mr. Farhad Hussain has been involved with different organizations as member of the Board.

Nazma Haque

Mrs. Nazma Haque currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Prime Bank PLC. She is a graduate in Economics from Dhaka University and a successful business personality as well.

She is Group Chairman of Bangla Trac Limited. Also Chairman of Bangla Trac Engineering Ltd, Bangla Trac Technology, Bangla Trac Solutions Limited, Bangla Trac Holdings Limited, Bangla Trac Cricket Academy, Asian Gate Limited, ACORN Limited and THANE Technology Limited.

Outside business life, Mrs. Nazma Haque is an active social worker and deeply engaged in social welfare programs in Rajshahi. She is one of the founders of Bangla Trac Cricket Academy, located in Rajshahi and engaged in training under-privileged boys of the locality.

Mr. Syed M Omar Tayub is the Managing Director and CEO of Prime Bank Investment Ltd. He is a Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank Limited and serving in his current role on deputation.

Prior to joining in this role, Mr. Tayub was Head of MSME Banking and Agriculture Finance at Prime Bank where he has played the leading role in setting up the MSME business structure from scratch and cruising the business towards a market leading position. He also has significantly contributed to the transformation journey of Prime Bank as its’ SMT member.
